Cancellation Policy
At Serenity Sculpt & Spa, we value your time and strive to provide a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. To ensure fairness and quality service for all, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee of the scheduled treatment.
2. No-Show Policy:
• Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3. Late Arrivals:
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled to accommodate other clients, and a late arrival fee may apply.
4. Deposit Policy:
• A deposit may be required for certain services at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward your service if the cancellation policy is followed.
